Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the sales team in preparation of proposals

  • Analyze customer’s requirements and based on this determine product specifications

  • Consult the customer on best technical solutions and drive the engineering of their projects

  • Lead technical scope clarifications with customers including installation and commissioning services or compliance of equipment with local regulations

  • Prepare the technical part of the proposal

  • On customers special technical requests, discuss feasibility, cost and time impact with the technical team and get their approval

  • You are the interface between the sales team and the technical team

  • Develop and maintain the standard technical documentation of H2Pro’s products in close collaboration with the technical team

  • Collect and maintain all customer requirements and prepare this in a structured form as input for the technical team’s product roadmap

  • Organize technical knowledge and training of the sales team

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field like mechanical or process engineering

  • Background in equipment manufacturing and/or process industry company

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a technical sales environment, ideally for hydrogen equipment, heavy machinery, biogas equipment or similar

  • Very strong communicator and ability to influence others

  • Proactive and energetic with a hands-on mindset

  • Proven project management capability

  • Experience in delivering technical presentations with proficiency, demonstrating products and services to customers

  • Languages: Hebrew and English

  • Willingness to travel to clients and sales team in Germany
