Tzahi Rodrig

Tzahi Rodrig is CEO of H2Pro, bringing decades of leadership experience in global electrical and electronics manufacturing, industrial operations, and large-scale production ramp-up. Before joining H2Pro, he co-founded and served as COO of Bright Machines, an advanced manufacturing technology company developing AI-powered robotics and modular “microfactories” for industrial assembly. Previously, he served as President of Worldwide Manufacturing Operations at Flextronics, where he oversaw the completion of more than 20 new factories and managed over 100 factories globally.

Tzahi has deep expertise in scaling complex industrial technologies from concept to high-volume manufacturing. His experience in factory buildout, operational excellence, supply chain execution, and global production scale-up is central to H2Pro’s transition from breakthrough electrolysis technology to a commercially deployed, cost-competitive utility-scale solution. Tzahi holds a practical engineering degree in industrial engineering from Tel Aviv University and has completed executive management and business innovation programs at MIT and Stanford.ahi Rodrig has decades of leadership experience in electrical and electronic manufacturing operations.
